Proper IIS Installation on windows

Steps:
  • Click "Start button"
  • in the search box, enter "Turn windows features on or off"
  • in the features window, Click: "Internet Information Services"
  • Click: "World Wide Web Services"
  • Click: "Application Development Features"
  • Check (enable) the features.



After all the steps above done, open command prompt with admin right and execute this command:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
